Executive Search

STANDARD PLAN

FEE STRUCTURE

 

20% of candidates annual starting salary.

FLEX PLAN

FEE STRUCTURE

 

2% of the candidates annual starting salary paid monthly for 12 months.​

CONTAINED PLAN

FEE STRUCTURE

 

15% of the candidates annual starting salary with $5,000 retainer per role at the start of each search.​ Retainer is deducted from the 15% placement fee when a candidate is hired.

Our OnCall Recruiting runs on a fixed billable system, so you control all the costs. You never pay placements fees when you hire a candidate and you can hire as many candidates as you want, whenever you want.
